Refund Policy - the basics

1. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving goods. However, this does not apply to perishable or consumable items—such as coffee beans—once opened or used.

To cancel an order:

  • Email us at vaultcoffeeco@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

  • Goods must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Opened coffee products

  • Custom blends or ground-to-order beans

  • Gift cards or promotional items

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

4. Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
