ELDORADO FARM — COFFEE WITH LEGACY
For over 55 years, the Faleiros and Vilhena families have been at the heart of Brazilian coffee. Today, second-generation farmer Elvis Faleiros leads Eldorado Farm, carrying forward a legacy built on quality, sustainability, and innovation.
Driven by a passion to create coffees that stand out, Elvis embraced experimental fermentation in 2014—pioneering with fruits like lemon, tangerine, and wine to develop complex, bold profiles.
Across Eldorado’s seven farms, natural and honey processes deliver coffees with deep sweetness, rich caramel notes, and an intensity that reflects generations of craft, ready for those who demand more from their daily cup.
